Community Board

Citizenship

Join one town at level 12, work its Community Board, and climb ten grades of permanent discounts on everything that town charges you for. The Public Release client gives both towns a home of their own: the housing guide has the doors and the furniture.

The quests are the snapshot’s own, and the contribution and level each grade needs are the Public Release client’s: the client’s NeedContribution and NeedLevel, as read by OSMS. What a grade discounts and which shop lines it opens are not in the client: community-recorded before the Public Release. Each grade’s contribution is what it takes after the grade before: the client starts the gauge again at every promotion. Whether contribution earned past a grade carries into the next is not in the client files read so far; the site carries it over.

How it works

  1. 1Join one town at level 12Arthur in Henesys or Roxy in Kerning City. You belong to one town at a time, so join the one whose shops you want.
  2. 2Work its Community Board36 dailies and 35 donations sit in the pool, and the board puts up a few at a time.
  3. 3Contribution is the only currencyA daily pays 100 and a donation of 30 ETC drops pays 700, both climbing by grade, to 325 and 2,100. A daily is 100 + (grade - 1) x 25 in the Public Release; Closed Online Test 2 paid 100 + (grade - 1) x 50. The ten grades take 128,000 in all, where Closed Online Test 2 asked 46,000.
  4. 4Grades never decayEach one discounts the town again. Grade 5 opens the VIP dailies and grade 10 hands over the town earrings.

Each grade’s contribution is what it takes after the grade before: the client starts the gauge again at every promotion. Whether contribution earned past a grade carries into the next is not in the client files read so far; the site carries it over.To next is the board at its best, one daily a day and one donation a week: about 281 days from grade 1 to 10 in the Public Release. The 29 October maintenance cut the contribution needed to reach grades 4 to 10 and did not say by how much. This column is the client as it was read before it, so those seven grades take less than it shows.

of 127 in the pool

A board puts up a few of these at a time, so this is the pool it draws from rather than a to-do list, and 18 of the daily pool can only ever be done once, however often the board offers them.
