Bound Ledger is an Etc item in MapleStory Classic World, new in the Public Release (6 October 2026). The client describes it: “Rebound in Sleepywood and set properly for the first time in years. Most of the ink has come back. One entry runs the entire length of the book, front to back, and it is the one the rain hit hardest.” It is a quest item. An NPC pays 1 meso for one.

Nothing we hold drops it and no recorded shop sells it, so we cannot tell you where another one comes from. That is not the same as there being nowhere: the drop tables are borrowed v83 GMS rows and cover only a fraction of what quests ask for. Either way, keep it.
