Stamped Ledger is an Etc item in MapleStory Classic World, new in the Public Release (6 October 2026). The client describes it: “The long entry names Kerning City and the Dark Lord, though half of it is gone. Whoever kept this book wrote the same person down over and over for years without ever finishing.” It is a quest item. An NPC pays 1 meso for one.

Nothing we hold drops it and no recorded shop sells it, so we cannot tell you where another one comes from. That is not the same as there being nowhere: the drop tables are borrowed v83 GMS rows and cover only a fraction of what quests ask for. Either way, keep it.
