It seems Phil, the informant of Lith Harbor, has something to say to all novice adventurers who have just arrived on Victoria Island. Phil, the informant of Lith Harbor, explained that once you reach Level 10, you can make a job advancement in each town of Victoria Island. It seems you can advance to a Warrior in Perion, a Magician in Ellinia, an Archer in Henesys, and a Thief in Kerning City. Talking to Phil will allow you to go straight to your town of choice.
