I should go find Staff Sergeant Charlie first, who is somewhere in Ossyria. I found Staff Sergeant Charlie at Orbis, and he asked me to get him 4 refined Orihalcon Ingots while giving me an item to give to Master Sergeant Fox. I gave Orihalcon Ingot to Staff Sergeant Charlie. What would he give Master Sergeant Fox
