Two client exports compared field by field, not Nexon’s patch notes, so it shows changes nobody announced. It can’t say why something changed: a typo fix and a rebalance look the same.
Drop rates, shop stock and quiz answers live on the server, so they never show up here. Some of what arrived, like Orbis and 3rd job, was held back from the Public Release; this site keeps those pages, marked CoT2.
Closed Online Test 2 is dated 4 August at the end of the older diff and 11 August at the start of the newer one, and both are right: the first was made from the build the test opened on, the second from the one its 11 August balance maintenance left. What that maintenance changed (Rush’s cooldown went from 3 seconds to 1, for one) is in neither diff.

Almost all of the additions are 3rd job, which arrived with the second test. The revisions are where a skill you already had changed under you.
[Master Level: 30] Shouts loudly to damage multiple nearby enemies while lowering their Evasion. If Combo Attack is active, successful hits with this skill have a chance to grant 2 combos.

[Master Level: 30] Summon a holy dragon for a certain amount of time. The dragon will stay beside you and attack nearby enemies while summoned. The higher the skill level, the stronger the summoned dragon is.

[Master Level: 30] Gathers the power of lightning to create a spear, throwing it at up to two enemies in front to deal Lightning element damage. Deals increased damage to lightning-weak enemies, but deals reduced damage to lightning-resistant enemies and cannot electrocute them.
